Air Brake Inspection & Adjustment - 3 hours

Program begins with virtual vehicle inspection, moves to air system function, truck, tractor and trailer. Discussions of brake power at each wheel, AL Factor, manual and automatic brake adjusters. Confirmation of air system flow as pressure changes.
View, handle and question the use of or need for parts on display. Discuss brakes with others in the trade.

Learn how your work is checked at roadside inspections.

There is nothing routine about routine maintenance. Learn how to resolve your nagging air brake problem.

See brake stroke indicators and Brake-Cam Rotation meters. Enjoy a few hours with a room full of helpers.
Trailer Brakes ONLY - 3 hours

Program opens with a quick review of tractor system.
